No airconditioning, no minibar and no water in the room. Room had big holes in the floor under the carpet, and was tiny and difficult to move around. A curry meal ordered to my room arrived still frozen - obviously a pre-made meal the hotel purchases and simply heats - was barely unfrozen and still cold - you could kill someone that way. Care factor in response was zero. Its in a great spot but take all your own food and drink and expect crap service. Also, the guys on the door are a joke - they watch you struggle up the stairs with your bags, and when you are at the top - problem over - the then ask you if they can help !!!
