Comment
This hotel (like some other bad hotels) allocates rooms which have defects to customers. It is then left to the customer to complain. This spoils your stay from the outset - even if you find the faults right away. The room allocated had no plug in the wash basin, and the shaver socket did not work.

It was just perfect for the Strand/river area of London, we stayed in what the hotel describe as a studio. This meant a small basic room but had twin beds, small kitchenette and good clean bathroom. For the cost it was really good for central london.
Top Tip
It is 2 mins from Embankment underground, so and same to Charing Cross so just walk everywhere. The London Eye and the river cruises to Greenwich are really close aswell so well worth doing.

Went here with my two sisters and 15 year old daughter for a girls weekend. Its basic and functional but clean with big comfortable beds and plenty of clean towels. We had a lovely stay and everything was in perfect working order, would certainly go back. Location, location, location! It couldnt have been better, very central and if your going to see a West end show then perfect as you are within easy walking distance of theatreland. Main London attractions are also very convenient. Tesco's and M&S just a few minutes walk at the top of the road for basics and fresh bread etc. Note take an extra dishwasher tablet n loo paper!!
