The Radisson Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel is housed in a distinguished 19th-century corner building with flags flying over the entrance. Though small, the lobby is welcoming, with a marble floor, Turkish carpets and beautiful chandeliers. The mood is calming, adult and understated and the public areas feature silk chenilles, "leopard" hide chairs, Phillipe Hurel chocolate leather sofas and a collection of framed Japanese artefacts. There is also a wide variety of memorabilia commemorating the life of Lord Mountbatten.

The 151 air conditioned guestrooms are designed for comfort and pleasure with bespoke furniture, designer fabrics and the latest technology. They are decorated in a classical English style with floral designs and warm colours. The beige marble bathrooms are also in exceptional condition.

With its tall glass windows, the hotel’s "Dial" bar and restaurant it is a must for people watching. The "Dial" is rapidly becoming London's hippest venue, popular with media and advertising clientele, and host to major West End first night parties. The interior is restrained yet luxurious, a classic contemporary mix of chocolate leather and aubergine velvet, deep sofas and sleek wenge tables. The restaurant serves contemporary cuisine, focused on reinterpreting great British favourites.
